I was sitting beside this statue, in a place called Houhai Bar Street, in Beijing,
in order to rest for a while, after walking for about three hours. Feeling a little bit
embarrassed because all the tourists who passed by in tricycles took pictures from
this man in eternal Tai Ji movement and, consequently, from me.
Suddenly, an old man who seemed to be from a cartoon
stopped his electric bycicle and kept all my attention.
He looked around, hesitating, in a glance put his eyes on me,
inhaled a deep thought and smoked it through the cigarret.
Standing up beside the vehicle he took a bag which was in the basket of his bike.
Then the old man picked up, one by one, these two dogs
and put them in a bench. While the animals waited well behaved,
he adjusted a digital cam recorder to film them.
Nevertheless, he suprised me sitting in the middle of the two dogs while
the machine automatically registered this magical moment that I used to call
"Feeding Eyes With Poetry".
